Sometimes, a healthy food just won't do, and that's OK. What's the point of eating healthy most of the time if you can't enjoy a glorious, uncompromising breakfast taco now and then? Nutrition is confusing even for nutrition researchers, and I choose to err on the side of food satisfaction.
